Conscience Soul
The Conscience Soul Experience is probably one of the best platforms I have been to in years. It was held at WERD radio, which is the first black station and now also home to the Madam Cj Walker museum. A few people in the industry came and shared their stories which was intertwined with poetry and performances. By the end of the night it was a sense of connection in the atmosphere.
S/o to Odinero for always inviting me to perform its much appreciated and always respected. I’ve watched Odinero and Renee continue to elevate themselves as they carve out that paths of who they are in this business. It’s always important to keep like minds around who want more for themselves and the people around them.
